Saturday night I went to see Anders Osborne play in downtown Missoula, MT at the 2017 River City Roots Festival. I’ve seen Anders numerous times and always enjoy the energy. His current band, which features Carl Dufresne on bass, Eric McFadden on guitar and mandolin, support his full range from high-octane electric jams to soft acoustic ballads. The last time I saw him was in New Orleans at JazzFest, and I didn’t have much photo equipment, so this was a fun opportunity to listen and take some photos.

All the photos were taken with a Sony A7s Mark ii with a 70-200mm f4.0 telephoto lens.
