Shipping and Return Policy

We aim to get your purchases to you in the best possible condition, in the shortest amount of time. Unfortunately, once items have shipped, we have little or no control over the conditions or handling of items. We make every effort to adequately package items for safe shipping.

You are always welcome and encouraged to contact us if there is an issue with shipping. There is a contact form located at the bottom of this page.

All items over $50 in value will be shipped with tracking and you will receive an email at the time of shipping notifying you of this tracking number.

All non-digital items purchased on this site will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. All shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Shipping of all items over $50 in value will include insurance adequate to cover the cost of the item.

Digital items are available for immediate download. Some digital purchases may utilize third-party services. If any issues are experienced with digital downloads, please notify us and we will resolve or refund the purchase. All digital sales are otherwise final, and not eligible for return.

Most items sold on this site are handcrafted works that are either one-of-a-kind or of a limited edition. Returns of damaged, mishandled, and otherwise unsellable items are not accepted. All items in acceptable condition are eligible for return within 2 weeks of purchase. Returned items must be properly packaged for shipping and return shipping must be insured for the full value of the items.

If an item is damaged in shipping, the loss is covered. Insurance claims for damaged items are to be filed within 14 days of receipt of return. Please contact us to initiate insurance resolution. If an item is damaged after receipt, it is not eligible for return. Items returned in acceptable condition in original packaging will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
